All DecalGirl skins peel off by pulling on them firmly and slowly. So they won't leave any goo or sticky residue behind.

If, for any reason, you have a problem or it seems complicated to remove, we've found that applying a little bit of heat (sunlight, a lamp, or a quick shot of heat from a blow dryer) makes removal much more manageable.

On special finishes, we strongly recommend using heat before pulling it off. This applies to chrome-type finishes on many cell phones, game consoles, and laptops.

Some devices require a little extra help. iPods skins, for example, remove best if you hold down the click wheel as you pull off the skin. Macbook skins come off easiest when the lid is closed.
